  • Mandy Alvar I would just like to send prayers of love and comfort for Mary's loved ones and express my immeasurable gratitude for having had this beautiful person in my life. She was a bright light in this world and I thank God for being so gracious as to share her with the rest of us. I will forever miss her smile, laughter, continuous encouragement and loving support, and the friendship and music we shared together. I will always look to her as a mentor and role model as long as I live and will never forget Mary's sweet, generous spirit and the impact she made, not only on my life, but on the lives of so many others!

  • Diane Horn My condolences to all of your family. Mary was/is a remarkable woman, always affirming everyone around her. Oh, to clone Mary! I had the privilege of bring Jesus in the Eucharist to her several times at Prairie Point. She requested that Dan Reuter and I participate on her funeral service in some capacity as we did for her husband. If these weren't her final intentions, I'm totally at peace with it, only wanted to make certain that I wasn't being remiss. She was dearly loved by those who knew her. Now she will experience the reward of all her kindness and be taken into the arms of her beloved spouse and Jesus. God's peace to you all.
